Looking for the perfect function room in Brisbane to host your event? Here at North Lakes Golf Club function venue, we cater for all special occasions in whatever form they come – birthday parties, bon voyage parties, engagements, anniversaries, christenings, office functions, Melbourne Cup do’s, Christmas and New Year’s Eve celebrations, day or night, weekday or weekend, large or small…you name it! We’re a party waiting to happen.
All function room hire is inclusive of the following:
– Private terrace (where available) to mingle for pre-dinner drinks and canapés
– 10 person round tables for sit-down dinners or scattered cocktail tables White linen table cloths and linen napkins
– Skirted gift and cake table
– Dance floor (subject to availability – 5 hour room hire only)
– CD player/iPod connectivity
– Service staff for your event
– Lectern and wireless microphone

We have a variety of packages available for all budgets and event types from birthday parties, engagement parties, Christmas parties, school formals and wakes – and we can customise options to suit your event!
Our architecturally designed Clubhouse offers you a wide range of options to cater for your every need. All the function rooms boast floor to ceiling windows overlooking our manicured Championship Golf Course and lush gardens. So whether it’s a corporate function or a special personal celebration, you’re in the right hands.
The Masters Classic
This incredible function room has it all! Overlooking our stunning golf course and lawn, our function room features a private bar, terrace and dance floor. It can seat 90 guests, or 180 for a stand up/cocktail style event.
This intimate function room overlooks lush gardens and is an ideal lunchtime setting. It can seat events of 40-50 guests, or 60 for a stand up/cocktail style event.
Our main Clubhouse and terrace conference venue is available for larger groups where we can seat up to 120 guests or 200 for a stand up cocktail event. Enjoy a large private bar and main terrace overlooking the golf course and gardens.
Our newest space on offer is The Vista and as the name suggests, it has a spectacular view! Located on the clubhouse terrace, this area overlooks the 9th green and provides a casual atmosphere for smaller events of up to 40 guests. With no hire fee, minimum spends or pre-orders required, it is just a great shady space overlooking the lawn for social gatherings any day of the week.
